The celebration of the beginning of a life together as a married couple is an intimate, joyful, and ceremonious occasion. Rabbi Eric Solomon counsels couples on preparing for marriage and the value of creating a Jewish home. We also assist couples in shaping the ceremony to express the couple's personal wishes within the framework of a Jewish wedding.
As part of the wedding celebration, the couple may be honored at the Shabbat service prior to the marriage ceremony with a special blessing before the Torah in the presence of friends, family, and congregants.
Contact the synagogue office. We will arrange meetings with both Rabbi Eric Solomon and our Executive Director to guide you through the process of planning your simhah (celebration).
Our huppah (wedding canopy) was lovingly created by the women of Beth Meyer Sisterhood. There is a fee for use (for set-up and break down) and it can only be used in the sanctuary.
